Once you enter your company information you will then:
1. Name your departments with the terminology you currently use; Departments are names like: Managers, Bartenders, Wait Staff, Customer Service Reps, Sales Reps, etc.
2. Enter your employees by name and choose their department; WTP will generate temporary User IDs and passwords for each employee and then require them to create their own User ID and password the first time they login. Give each employee their login details and then they are ready for scheduling.
3. Select the schedule length you want from 5 days to 31 days, its starting date;
4. Assign your employees to workgroups and the shifts to work. WTP prevents managers from scheduling employees during periods of unavailability that were previously agreed upon by management, and alerts managers when scheduling will result in overtime hour amounts.
You can then send a message to all employees when schedule is complete via email or text message.

Max Users An "active user" is any worker who has a confirmed shift on the Calendar for the month, plus all Managers. Each active user is only counted once for the month regardless of how many shifts he/she has. Users in the online worker database with no confirmed shifts are not charged for during the month.
